Vacation is almost over. When the alarm clock rings tomorrow at 6am, it will be official. Back to work. Not that work is bad, it’s totally not. In fact, quite the opposite of bad, actually. But vaca was so nice….too bad it has to end. We had fun-hanging at home, going to the zoo, hiking & playing scent/trailing games with the dog, eating out, going to the movies-all on our own time, and with complete disregard to the clock & the calender. It was fabulous. *sigh* We really need to win the lottery.
Tomorrow is Full Moon, and so I will be busy tomorrow night with ritual. Considering that we have just entered a mercury retrograde, I’ll not be doing any “work”, though I will, of course, be honoring Rhiannon, and thanking her for blessings bestowed since last rite on New Moon.
I’ve kinda been neglecting my handwritten journal since going on vaca, so I’ll need to work on that tomorrow at work. And will also need to pick back up with my daily devotionals. More on that laters.
I guess that’s about it for now. Boring post I know, but I felt like I should post something on this, my last day of freedom. Kind of commerate how really wonderful it’s been, so that way, in 3 or 4 weeks, when I’m feeling burnt out, and tired, and prolly in the middle of an RA flare, I can look back on this post as an almost tangible memory of how rested and non-stressed I felt. *grinwink* Maybe recapture a bit of this vaca magick!
Oh well. Next vaca is 4 days at Labor Day. And thus, the countdown begins.
