Spent the afternoon rearranging furniture which was interesting. Our neighbors gave us an old cream colored leather sofa they had in their game room. We were gonna use it in the family room as a dog sofa, but then changed our minds & decided to use it in the living room instead. Our previous living room setup consisted of an overstuffed sofa and chair w/ottoman, very plush. Add our ginormous big screen, and while it was comfortable, there wasn’t really alot of space for more than three people to sit comfortably. We took the chair & ottoman, and threw them in our guest room, where they look great, creating something of a reading nook. We moved the “new” sofa to kinda kitty corner the old one with some appropriate space inbetween, rearranged a couple of tables, and lamps, and Viola! It looks awesome, we have more seating, and when it’s just us, we each have a sofa to stretch out on! Another bonus-everything matches still in both rooms! Yay! *happygrin*
Just got done watching Mission Impossible 3. I have been very hesitant to watch this. After the last year or so of TomKat this & Tomkat that & waaay too much PDA with Katie & ooooh Scientology & postpartem depression does not exist so let’s beat Matt Lauer & Brooke Shields down & jump on Oprah’s sofa ’cause Tommy is sooooooo happy-honestly, I’m kinda sick of him. Getting back to the film….in spite of himself, Cruise is awesome in his repeat role as Ethan Hunt and local Rochester boy Philip Seymour Hoffman is very believable as uber evilness Owen Davian. With lots & lots of action, MI3 definately delivers what you’ve come to expect from this ongoing sequel-rama. If you enjoyed 1 and 2, you’ll definately love 3. An excellent diversion for a lazy weekend, I would totally recommend this as an awesome rental.
